Sand Key Beach (Intercoastal) Clearwater, FL

On Saturday, August 3rd at beautiful Sand Key in Clearwater, FL the JDRF Young Leadership Committee hosted their inaugural event, Paddle to Cure Diabetes! The event included a 6 mile distance race, 2 mile fun course, and also a fun event for the kids. All events took place in the intercoastal waters – safe and fun for the entire family! The event included paddleboards, individual and tandem kayaks, and canoes!
